how happy I am! I am 100% super satisfied! My canvas was delivered so fast and looks beautiful! It is my new favorite thing to look at! Words cannot express how happy I am!
Thank you!
Heather Rogers, Drayton valley | Plaque Mount Job Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!
Barb, | I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
Sally D., Maple Ridge | it looks great I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.
