As a customer (herein referred to as "you" or "the customer"), it is important to review the following Terms and Conditions for KeenART Media Ltd. ("KeenART Media", "we", "our", or "us"). KeenART Media reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Please check back periodically for any updated information. By creating an account on this or any site run by KeenART Media, you are agreeing to, and are expected to uphold, these terms.

Your Account:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
By registering for an account and providing your contact information, you accept responsibility for this information. Should your address or other contact information change at any time, you take full responsibility for updating your account and, if necessary, notifying KeenART Media immediately.
There is no fee for opening an account. You will not be charged until you have placed and finalized your first order.

Cookies:
When you visit this Website, small text files known as "cookies" will be stored on your computer's hard drive. These cookies allow us to enhance your online shopping experience. These cookies store information about your visits, name, and shopping cart contents. You may set your Web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and you may also erase cookies from your browser after your shopping session. If you delete our cookies, you limit our ability to personalize your next shopping visit. However, deleting a cookie will not prevent you from shopping and purchasing from our site in the future.
We may also collect technical information from your computer when you visit this site. This technical information could include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your computer's operating system, browser type and the address of a referring website, if any. Except in the case of IP addresses, this technical information cannot be used to identify you personally. Further, we will not use IP addresses to identify anyone, except in cases of abuse, fraud, or illegal use of our website, or other unauthorized activities.

Orders:
Please note that KeenART Media Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. KeenART Media Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed. It is the intent of KeenART Media Ltd. to offer you a pleasant and accurate shopping experience and we apologize for any inconvenience these rare occurrences may cause.
The information on this Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Such corrections to errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
Your credit card or PayPal account will only be charged the amount shown at check out. The charge will be shown as KeenART Media Ltd. on your credit card statement or PayPal account.
Please note: Any price quotations given are approximations only and not guaranteed. KeenART Media reserves the right to update or change any pricing without notification, between the time of your quote and the placement of your order.
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your order and payment. It is important that you review this confirmation; if there are any errors, please visit our contact us page to reach us by phone, or reply to the confirmation email. If no confirmation email is received, the order was not received by our server. In such instances, please contact us about the status of your order.
We will begin to process an order once this confirmation is sent, whether or not the customer contacts us. Once a confirmation has been received, any cancellations or changes on the part of the customer may result in non-refundable charges for services already rendered.
Due to variations between computer viewing screens, print media and printer inks, final products will not always be identical in color to the supplied digital image. Wherever possible, we will notify the customer of these discrepancies, but it is the responsibility of the customer to consult with the designer and request a proof if exact color matching is required. 4x6" printed proofs of a print-size section of your canvas are available for a nominal charge.
The image quality of a digital file affects the size to which it can be reproduced. If we feel a supplied image cannot be produced with good quality at the requested size, we will attempt to solve this issue by consulting the customer. However, KeenART Media cannot be held responsible for the printed quality of the image we receive (unrelated to the quality of the printing materials). If you are uncertain about how large your image can be reproduced, please request a 4x6" proof (available for a nominal fee) or consult with our graphic designer.
Valid Order Duration:
If for any reason production or shipping is delayed by customer for more than 3 month from the Order Date, KeenART Media Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Coupons, Promotions and Discount Codes
Many of the coupons and promotion or discount codes we offer are for use as Point of Sale savings only. If the code is not entered into the "coupon code" box during checkout, or mentioned in the "notes" section of your order, it cannot be honored after the order is placed.

Shipping:
Your order will be shipped as soon as production is finished and payment is received. Orders paid for by check will be delayed up to 2 weeks, to ensure the payment has cleared.
We ship your order by UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, where applicable. A tracking link will be provided so you can track your order throughout the shipping process. You can track the status of your orders, or view/print all order invoices online, by logging into your account on the "My Account" page.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Average delivery times (once your order leaves our facility) are as follows:
UPS/FedEx/Canada Post Standard: 3-5 business days
UPS/FedEx/Canada Post Expedited: 2-3 business days
Please note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of North America. Unfortunately, we are also unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. In addition, we reserve the right, upon providing notice to the customer, to increase the price to cover:
* changes in exchange rates
* previously unforeseen charges for rural addresses or oversize products.
Additional shipping charges may apply to large or oversize items. We do not offer free shipping on oversize products or Art supplies items.
Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders shipped to the northern Canadian territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).
For any items damaged in shipping, all packing material must be retained in order for us to process replacments. Please send phtographs of the damaged and shipping box to orders@keenartmedia.com
Occasionally, delays and other errors may occur between shipment of your order and receipt. These issues are not the responsibility of KeenART Media. We will do everything in our power to assist and correct the problem, but ultimately the responsibility lies with the shipping company and must be taken up with them. A late or damaged delivery that results in customer being unable to receive the order, or give an ordered item as a gift, is the responsibility of the customer. Please place time-sensitive orders are early as possible - particularly during holiday seasons - to avoid any shipping problems.
Once the confirmation email has been sent, we cannot guarantee that any changes made to the shipping address will be applied in time. We will try to accommodate these changes but are not responsible for misshipped items due to such customer requests. Please consider phoning the office in these instances, to ensure a quick response. If you do not receive an updated confirmation or a phone call, your order will be shipped to the address originally supplied.

Returns:
We offer guaranteed quality products, and will accept returns for exchange or partial refund. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your purchase, and returned in like condition. Please note that shipping and handling costs (both original and return) will not be refunded.
If your product is damaged, please contact our office and we will inform you of our return process. We require written notice, accompanied by one or more photograph of the damaged area, before it is returned. It is recommended that you insure your return package and send us a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit.
If you're not completely satisfied with any undamaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange or KeenART partial credit. If you choose to have your money refunded, please note our maximum credit or refund amount is $200.00; the expensive material we used to create your custom order cannot be reused. In these cases, please note that shipping and handling costs (both original and return) will not be refunded.
If you added print effects or retouching, or a collage or mosaic to your order, these completed services are not eligible for refund or credit, as our graphic designer has already spent billable time creating these effects.
If you plan to order a large quantity of product from KeenART Media, we strongly recommend that you first order a single item as a sample, to ensure that you are happy with the product we supply. We are not responsible for any change of mind or alternative arrangements made by the customer after the order has been placed.
Restocking fee for not defective art supplies items is 15%.

Copyright:
You, the customer, certify that you own the copyright for the uploaded photos or mailed images, OR, you're authorized by the photo owner to make and use a Canvas reproduction. This is the responsibility of the customer and not KeenART Media - we cannot be held responsible for printing images for which the customer does not hold the copyright. The customer is responsible for complying with all federal laws governing copyright.
All our gallery items are the exclusive property of KeenART Media Ltd. and may not be reproduced or published in whole or in part by any process whatsoever for any reason whatsoever without the written permission of KeenART Media Ltd. Commercial use of any pictures in our online galleries would constitute copyright infringement and might infringe other rights.
All texts, images, icons and other content on this site are the property of KeenART Media Ltd. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Companies mentioned in this website are the respective owner of their Trademark.
You, the customer, retain the copyright for any digital images for which you owned the copyright prior to uploading to our server or mailing to our office. KeenART Media may hold your image in our online database for up to 12 months (and possibly backed up longer) in case you require reprints, but we will never own your images.
KeenART Media will never be liable for the content of any submitted image - this liability lies entirely with the customer. We reserve the right to refuse to print any submitted image we feel is obscene, abusive, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate, but are not responsible for any such images we fail to remove.
If, for any reason, KeenART Media would like to use any of your uploaded images, finished products, or photographic reproductions of finished products for which you hold the copyright, we will first contact you to obtain written permission. If we feel any significant changes should be made to your image(s), we will provide a digital proof for your approval before printing.
If you are a member of our Artist Gallery Program, you are privileged to the same rights as our customers. You retain the copyright to any digital images for which you held the copyright prior to uploading. You can cancel your membership at any time, with no penalty.

Additional Information:
KeenART Media is not responsible for any delays or cancellations in orders resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to): fire, flood, earthquake, power failure, illness, injury, damage to the production facility or late shipment of materials. In such rare instances, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and have the opportunity to change or cancel their order.
Regarding Handmade Oil Paintings: Please note that finished oil paintings will not be identical to the original, digital images. Our professional artists use a painterly technique that may result in slight variations. Additionally, the quality of the supplied image can affect the painting's appearance; fine details are more difficult to see in a low-resolution photograph. If you are concerned about the final result of your oil painting, please request a digital proof of your painting be sent prior to completion.
KeenART Media reserves the right to have some or all services produced by third party businesses.
