Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw). As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future. To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price. Bravo!
