I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.

I think the work you have done for me is really wonderful, thank you very much. I have just received 4 canvases ordered last week. They are all great except the 8x10 of the ship in the water. There is a white speck right on the boat on the right side which has probably stuck on it when the finish went on I think. Also there is a slight dent on the canvas on the right side. I may have to get you to redo it. It is an order to send to Australia, to a gallery in Sydney. Will call you, but otherwise you are fantastic artisans. thanks,
