I bought some new bedroom furniture, and the old print didn’t fit over the higher headboard. A friend suggested I use one of my own pictures from Tofino. I knew I wanted something long and narrow, so I cropped one of my sunset shots of Crystal Cove, uploaded the file, and it was so easy. The size options popped up, I selected the one I wanted - 20 x 45, and had the final product in my hands within 5 days. I will definitely do it again. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
